Projects

We have completed a variety of Art Commisions over the years
here are our current and past projects.

DURHAM BUS SHELTERS –

A project involving Artist’s works displayed on Bus Shelter panels throughout the Durham County Area.
With the help of Durham County Council and the Arts Council created a visually exciting
project for Artist’s and Writer’s to use the vacant bus panels as a platform to show
current work. The only remit is that the “image/content” is the most important component
and emphasis on Process rather than selling a Product, which means
we are interested in powerful images and text as a stand alone piece of work.

LISTENING ART –

After raising 10k from Creative Fuse we designed an app which mashes up imagery to sound.
We trialled the app in the Great North Children’s Hospital in 1:1 workshops and creating
“doodle stations” where the children made art in temporary spaces and we imported the work
into the software.

ART RENTAL –

We supplied Art work for two companies, Property Initiatives and
DTZ. Sourcing work from local Art studios, BA and MA shows we produced exciting
quarterly displays for both Baron House and Rotterdam House in Newcastle.

NARC MAGAZINE BIRTHDAY BASH(S) –

NE based NARC Magazine wanted something different for their Birthday Bash so we
used our app to create an organic real-time randomly generated visual backdrop to the proceedings.
Each band gave us image-sets which we used in the software, so every projection was
tailored towards the music and style of each performer.

COLLAGEIST COLLECTIVE –

We were asked by Facebook Group Collageist Collective to produce a visual display for their preview night at
London Editions Hotel in Fitzrovia, London. Each Artist gave us permission to use their Collage-work in
our app. On the night we projected the work which synergised with DJ set. The night was sponsored by Red Bull.

THRESHOLD FESTIVAL –

Collaborating with Entrepreneur and Filmmaker Jonathan Butters and Poet Brian Patton, we used our
online app to create a real-time mash up of archival photos accompanied with a poem by Brian Patton for
Liverpool’s Threshold Multi Media festival in the Baltic Quarter.
