It’s important to me to make work for ‘real’ people, as well as those who go to art galleries or who have been to art school. Art should be for everyone to enjoy, it has the ability to change someone’s viewpoint, expose them to fresh ideas, validate their feelings, improve their journey to work or just make the world a more beautiful place to be.

I make works that are abstract but strangely familiar, with references to every day visual culture as well as to art history. I want my projects to be uplifting and positive, and that encourage viewers to stop and engage with their surroundings in the otherwise fast-paced world that we live in.
